One of the earlier developments designed my Mercury Designs and built by Sanchi in 2009.
​
The 5 x boutique terrace homes were sold exclusively to local owner occupiers. Soaring ceilings, extra high glazing, natural stone benchtops, strecher-bond tiling; features that are still the benchmark in 2018.
​
